A Victorian community hub currently being restored in Silvertown, East London, originally built by Sir Henry Tate in 1887 for sugar factory workers.

This historic building will feature:

  • Enterprise Hub - Collaborative workspace for social enterprises and start-ups
  • Workshop & Event Spaces - Flexible areas for community workshops, meetings, and cultural events
  • Creative Studios - Affordable workspace for artists and makers
  • Community Garden - Outdoor growing spaces and green areas
  • Subsidised Café - Social gathering space with affordable refreshments

Using reclaimed materials, this sustainable, net-zero carbon space combines heritage conservation with cutting-edge sustainability. Part of the ReSpace Alliance network, all spaces operate on proven principles: accessible, collaborative, and designed to "reuse waste, reduce inequality, and rebuild community."

A full day and night of industrial, metal, and electronica featuring live music, seminars, visuals, and a market. Explore the intersection of neuroscience and electronic music through seminars, browse the underground DIY fashion and accessories market, and enjoy food from Maxi Spice Kitchen.

Live Music and Visuals

David Harrow: Electronic music pioneer and producer known for collaborations with Anne Clark and The Orb. Harrow brings decades of experience from the London and Berlin underground scenes to a live electronic performance.

Diaries of Destruction: A collaborative project led by Elif Yalvaç with Jordan Muscatello. They blend baritone guitar and electronics to create experimental music that moves between metal riffs and dark ambient textures.

Stormfield: A live audiovisual performance using music hardware, gaming engines, and creative coding. This set focuses on the expressive potential of sound and visual improvisation.

Morreadoras: Primitive Casio-punk based in London.

Suny Tobt Fum: Vocal improvisations by Anastasia Freygang ranging from rhythmic and shouty to ambient and aria-like compositions.

Market and Food
Underground DIY fashion, accessories, and electronics market. Food provided by Maxi Spice Kitchen.
