DESCRIPTION:An invitation to explore the space of the Institute non-verbally through movement and the senses. Facilitated by Dominique\, this workshop uses gentle prompts and guidance to encourage participants to slow down and explore the relationships between self and space\, and self and others.\nThe session focuses on movement improvisation and the cultivation of embodied awareness and attention.
