M.O.B

Movement in New Spaces

Mar 28

About

M.O.B is back Saturday 28th of March for the next iteration of our multi-disciplinary arts events, celebrating creativity in its various forms.

Our curation for this event focuses on the body, its movement(s), its response to (new) spaces. On the programme is:

  • Beatrice M. B2b Soa420 (DJ set)

  • FYI Robyn (Bodily workshop)

  • Neurotica Exotica (live)

  • Claudia Palazzo (Dance)

  • 27 Eggs (M.O.B residents live performance)

  • Visuals by Max Burstyn

  • Art/Lighting installation by Baos

  • Food by Spring Cafe

We are hosting this gathering at the REinsTATE Project for the first time - a recently refurbished, previously abandoned social club with deep roots in its local community. Central to M.O.B's ethos is the importance of repurposing/reimagining disused space, creating platforms for creativity and community action from empty/under-utilised space. We are therefore super grateful to the great people at REinsTATE for kindly hosting us for what promises to be another mind (and body) bender.
