About

Join us for a methodical workshop designed to help you reach the flow state with ease. Hosted by tokiashuffles, this session explores the method behind movement, helping you to step out of your head, out of your shell, and fully into your body. You will be able to reverse engineer the process of flow, allowing the world to melt away as movement becomes instinct. If you want to experience the feeling of being one with the sound, you can secure your spot through the booking link.
