Ever imagined what a sustainable, joyful and thriving Newham could look like in 2050? This is your chance to build it.
Build a Borough invites you to take part in a creative community workshop, reflecting, re-imagining and reshaping a Newham of the future. Join local designer, Emily Cornuaud and your community for a 1.5 hour session. No experience necessary, just curiosity and creativity!
In this workshop we will:
Reflect on our own relationship with sustainability
Talk about Newham’s goals for the future
Share our hopes for Newham
Build cardboard models out of found materials
Add to a growing art piece of our borough
